I've always been drawn to understanding how big decisions are made, especially when it comes to value, trust, and long term satisfaction. My background is rooted in buying, negotiation, and strategic decision making. Early in my career, I developed a strong understanding of pricing structures, margin analysis, and consumer behavior, skills that sharpened my ability to evaluate value quickly and negotiate with confidence. Those experiences taught me how to cut through noise, identify what actually matters in a deal, and advocate effectively in high pressure situations.

My perspective changed even more when I got into the automotive industry. Being inside the industry gave me firsthand insight into the realities of the car buying process. I saw how pricing is structured, how incentives and financing are used, and how easily buyers can feel overwhelmed or pressured when they do not have clear information or support.

What stood out to me most was how often buyers were put at a disadvantage, not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked representation. I watched people walk into dealerships unsure of what was fair, what questions to ask, or who was actually working in their best interest.

That experience is what ultimately led me to create Drivonix.

Drivonix was built on the belief that buyers deserve transparency, strategy, and an advocate who works exclusively for them. I have always had a genuine passion for cars, not just the vehicles themselves, but what they represent for people. A first upgrade, a family milestone, a personal reward, or a long awaited dream car.

Today, I get to combine that passion with my industry experience to help clients get into the right vehicle, in the right way, and under the right circumstances. There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping someone drive away confident, excited, and knowing their purchase was handled correctly from start to finish.

Spanish Language Support Specialist

I have always had a strong passion for helping others and making sure people feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I have known Sina since we were 13 years old, and over the years we have shared the same values when it comes to honesty, trust, and doing things the right way. When the opportunity came to be part of Drivonix, it felt like a natural fit.

As the Spanish Language Support Specialist at Drivonix, my role is to serve as a dedicated point of contact for Spanish speaking clients. I focus on clear communication, accurate translation, and ensuring that our clients fully understand each step of the process. My goal is to help remove language barriers so clients can feel confident, informed, and at ease throughout their experience.

I do not coordinate negotiations or manage vehicle deals directly, which allows me to focus entirely on client support and satisfaction. By being available to answer questions, clarify information, and assist with communication, I help create a smoother and more transparent experience for our Spanish speaking clients.

I take pride in being someone clients can trust and rely on, and I am grateful to be part of a team that truly puts people first. Being able to support our clients and contribute to a positive experience is something I value deeply.
